Recently a poster in the
"shitbox" (now renamed "crapchat) posted a blog entry
indicating he had set up another blog making untrue suggestions re my
comments on videos at YouTube. I posted a reply to it (as is my
right) but was deleted and blocked from the blog. He did NOT allow me
to reply to it there, so here it is. I reported the blog on
harrassment grounds and it was rightly removed. |

I will provide links to all the videos here in due course. None of those featured are originally made by myself. The first was rotated to make it upright and the owner got in touch with me. All have been accepted by YouTube. |

The comments referred to below can be seen here by selecting this link and entering nedrauk. You should be able to access the whole chain of comments to see the context. I have not deleted any, but the list has been incomplete recently. Some by others, making suggestions re the sexuality of the posers have been removed. |

Andrew has posted a series of videos and spoken several times about training etc. I referred him to Danny Padilla who appears below. |

Dennis "Danny" Padilla (born April 3, 1951) is an American bodybuilder nicknamed "The Giant Killer" because of his short stature and amazing ability to defeat much taller competitors. Padilla started training when he was seven years old in Rochester, New York. He had been watching his older brother and cousin lift weights together in order to become stronger for their wrestling competitions. He acquired a rusty York barbell, as a hand-me-down from his brother Ray, and quickly set about to become Mr. America. It wasnt long before he was absolutely smitten with the iron game and training a full seven days a week. |
