My message to his site address. I see you are now posting the same stuff that blogger agreed was defamatory and harassment. The "gay chatroom" post is forged. Your blogger post and crapchat posts were the first time I had seen it. The compiled "comments" images ALL refer to possible posting at YouTube, not a personal request to me. YouTube would hardly allow any material such as you are claiming I asked for. The "videos of kiddies" are exercise demonstration videos. Nothing more. The "crosses the line" post is a complete forgery. I did not post that. If you claim it is genuine, show the source of it. The "called a pedophile" is from a guy who posts videos showing bodybuilders and others with large crotch bulges. Patrick K Murphy. |

1 Your accusations are sadly invulantary and invalid my friend. Same goes for our previous blogs. We are excersising our free speech and expression and these are none other then "valid" proof that you are attemptng to groom children on the internet which is against the law. 2 The actions commensed by you are by your actions only and believe me neddy. Actions speak louder then words. And what you did is just outright prominent of your activity and absurd propersitions and I think you need to read upon the expressions of free speech my friend. 3 We not have full proof of your pedophillia and have the right to excercise these free speech blogs. Regardless of what you think we will always expose you for the sick pedophile you are.

You claim my accusations are "invalid". Two of the "screen caps" are forged. Most of the rest are replies by me to comments made by others on videos on my channel and not attempts to "groom" anyone. I replied to Andrew to tell him of another bodybuilder who is the same height as he is, yet won many contests. I suggest you do a search for Danny Padilla. You do not have the right to plaster my name over the internet, posting unfounded comments and skulking now on an offshore hosted site in Panama now that blogger quite correctly closed your blog there. The only approaches I made to video posters were as comment on their videos, based on the topic of those videos. Frankly you do not have proof of anything. You do not have the "right under free speech" to post any of that so called "proof". As to the terrible grammar and spelling in your reply, well that is another matter. Its all a matter of evidence and what you did only xposed you for what you really are. A twisted individual. Now arguing ovr what we see as realistic and proof of who you are claiming that you are being defamted is a completely different subject. Two of the recent items are fabricated. By the way "gay chat rooms" are not illegal in most jurisdictions. Under the US constitution and the law of my hosting services. I have the right to expose you. I went ahead and asked my provider and they gave me the gren light. If you can't see the truth then I have no idea what is getting through your thick skull. NOTHING and I mean nothing will ever be removed regardless of these circumstance. I don't give a fuck who you are or what your point is. This is tangible evidence that can have you locked up but I'd rather see you in pain Neddy. The US constitution does not allow distortion. It is NOT "tangible evidence" at all. My reply Your so called "evidence" proves nothing whatsoever. Some of it is even forged (perhaps not by yourself). That is why I have not deleted any of it. If you were the one referring to the bravenet guestbook, with less than 50 items in it in total, that hardly gives anything at all. The two highlighted posts were months apart, with no evidence that the 14 year old referred to had even seen the second post.
I'd like to see proof of your "contacting your provider and hosting service" How good is their English?

Nobody knows exactly who we are and we have no intentions of telling you who we are. We have nothing to do with any blogs nor sites that talk about Ned in any way. We are seperate and we expose the lies and the corruption of some who may say differently. We started back in 2013-14 when we found Ned for the pedophile he was and our only intentions is to either have Ned run off the internet or jailed for a long long time. Ned ran a “bodybuilding website for teens” which alter had been exposed as grounds for pedophilia since (*) many links within chat/forum and the guestbook had (*) many CP links. So since that had been found out we have been exposing pedos like ned. The truth hurts. So let us explore it! Got any complaints or feedback? Contact us Note this last line below. He thinks protesting over his lies and distortions is "arguing". I am merely correcting his defamatory allegations. He doesn't, apparently know what defamation is! If you are Ned trying to “argue with us” we will have no sympathy/morals for you. (*) Many is a total exaggeration. A guestbook on any site is rarely checked 24/7. The same applies to forums. The posters of such links referred to were warned off and desisted eventually and all the links and posts were removed when seen. He refers also to a single editing error which had been overlooked and fails to mention that the same text with the correct link was on another page! Links to the mymusclevideo video only site were removed from the site when the owners chose to add unsuitable material. He spotted ONE reference elsewhere. The Bravenet guestbook has less than 30 entries in total. |
