9/11 Claims.

This page has been set up to comment on the conspiracy industry still swirling around this Osama inspired terrorist attack.. Report on the collapse. Building 7 was not demolished. Dylan Avery, the guy behind "Loose Change" doesn't care "how much fucking experience" people commenting contrary to what his wild ideas have. He clearly has zero respect for science and facts. There is NO way the complex pattern of charges needed for the "demolition" that he claims to have occurred could have been placed or that it could have survived both the impacts and the subsequent fires, to be activated hours after the original incident

The scale of the fires in WTC7 is clear in this image, as is the obvious damage to the curved roofs in the centre foreground and the considerable impact damage to the building on the left extending almost to roof level at a similar distance from the original collapses.   The most recent video analysis. I am adding stills from the above on a second page. David Sponheim banned me again (26th). He clearly doesn't understand or want to understand the difference between a steel girder framed building and a poured reinforced concrete one. The video clearly explains the difference, with three documented examples.

Building 7 was severely damaged down one side and on fire from ground level and up much of that side. In one of the videos there is an interview going on in the street and the collapse is seen in the background - NO sound of explosions on the audio - at 2 mins 30 secs in. See this web page.

The text below is from that site - unedited.  Conspiracy theorists say World Trade Center 7 is the best proof for controlled demolition because it wasn't hit by airliners and only had a few fires. They also claim that there was a confession from the building owner who said he (1) "pulled" it. But this is deceptive because while building 7 wasn't hit by an airliner, it was hit by the large perimeter columns of the Tower collapse. (2) It was 400 ft away but the towers were more than 1300 ft tall. As the tower peeled open, it easily tilted over to reach building 7. Below is evidence showing that conspiracy theorists are wrong. As you can see from the graphic below, all the buildings just as far away from both towers as WTC7 were hit. The others were either very short buildings which didn't have to support a massive load above or had no fire. Only Building 7 had unfought fires and the massive load of 40 stories above them.

(1) The fire chiefs quite correctly pulled out the fire crews and moved away from building 7. This was based on what had already happened to the twin towers and direct observation inside building 7 itself.

(2) See the image of the Bankers Trust building, (below right) with similar, but shorter gashes and a chunk of the towers still visible in the side,

The photo above was taken from one of the floors inside building 5 which had burned out. There should be a steelwork framework in this shot, but it has mostly collapsed. Instead there is a considerable void. The structure above retained sufficient strength not to collapse (there were not 40 floors above it!) The same process that weakened or eroded the steel (corrosive sulphurous results of heating gypsum in sheetrock) was responsible - The steel was not melted.

This is a composite image showing the damage to the side of building 7 facing the collapsed WTC 1 tower. There is a chunk out of the whole of the side and smoke all the way up the side. Note that from the other side there appears to be no damage.

The sky is visible through the windows top left and more windows have broken below this. Also several on the side to the right. Note the long penthouse is visible.

The outer shell is beginning to drop (below). More sky is visible top left and a vertical zone of failed windows to the right as well on the facing side and the end wall. The long penthouse has also vanished - more evidence of progressive internal collapse.

The interior was collapsing before the shell did, leaving less support for the shell to fall rapidly. The interior collapse had been in progress for several seconds and was less obvious from the street.
