"Hostile takeover" scam alert for Tyman plc. Call from New York 3rd October. They "only need 4% more" of the shares and claim to be going to offer £13.00 per share! They claimed today (12th) that I have over 3,000 shares! See next panel. They called again today 16th - twice. Supposed to be sending documents. I need to deposit £4,273.44 as a "returnable bond". Exactly as the Tyman registrars said they would!

My involvement with Lupus arose indirectly as the company bought up the stock in Octroi, formerly Oceonics Group, Yet another example of a high tech UK company which failed to prosper in that form. I have since raised my holding in the company. Now the company has been sort of taken over by a new board!!! What in the current circumstances was so wrong with the original one and the company approach is beyond me! Look at the success with Time Products!
