What exactly does he mean by "Real Pay Rises". Above inflation? Well that is now 2%, not the rate the public pay body worked on to get at 5% pay rises it recommended. There are not the funds for it. Re the comment on Sizewell. At great cost China was removed from this project (in 2022) this is hardly relevant . Personally, I want to see Rolls Royce rolling out factory constructed Small Modular Reactors as soon as possible. This must be a priority, not covering prime farmland with solar panels, most of which are imported!

Nigel Farage praising Putin and blaming EU and NATO for causing the Ukraine invasion.	The prime reason that countries nearer Russia were approaching EU and NATO was NOT because they were being pressured into doing so, but as a reaction by Putin repeatedly interfering with countries bordering Russia which used to be in the USSR. Nato has not interfered in that way, nor did it pressure any country to join. Putin rules by force and suppression. They did not want that.
Kier Starmer saying Corbyn would have been a better PM than Boris.	That statement is crazy. Corbyn wanted us out of NATO, would not have supported Ukraine against Vlad the invader. Boris (Daily Mail today) is right about Starmer.

While it is fully understandable for Labour politicians to remind the public of Truss’s amateurish government, the economic damage was fleeting. Truss is an irrelevance. UK government borrowing costs briefly spiked when Liz Truss was prime minister and have returned to a more normal relationship compared with France, Germany and Italy Personally I have been saying this for MONTHS!

Ending tax breaks for private schools, which exempt them from VAT and business rates. Note the parents of those children also pay for the state sector.	Doing this will NOT affect the richest parents, but will effect or stop much of what the schools do which helps the state sector and push many pupils of poorer parents into the state sector. The latter is already happening. It will NOT give the revenue Labour is banking on and at the same time will ADD costs to the State sector. Basically a Lose lose situation sadly.

Closing the loopholes which allow some ‘non-dom’ mega rich people who live in the UK to avoid paying  tax.	The Tories already began this. Also is it not logical to "Non Doms" that they move to relocate, which will cut income from that!

Introducing a proper windfall tax on the huge profits the energy giants are making.

The profits being made are back nearer "normal levels" and taking more in tax will reduce investment by those companies. That has also already happened!
